Job Description/Required Skills/Experience:

As an Associate in our Advisory practice focusing on deals, you will support client engagements involving liquidations, restructuring, fund wind downs, corporate finance transactions, and valuations while developing your commercial awareness and understanding of how businesses operate.

Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will assist with a range of workstreams, including but not limited to financial reporting and stakeholder management, due diligence, financial analysis, transaction processes and management of asset realisation and litigation support work. A successful candidate can expect to collaborate across assignments, learn from feedback, and deliver accurate work on time.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant business field and be pursuing, or willing to pursue, a recognized qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA. Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint are required; familiarity with financial statements, financial modelling, and accounting software or AI platforms is advantageous. Where agreed, the Firm will support eligible examination and study-material costs and provide paid study leave.

Salary: CI$50,000 – $57,000 with an annual performance bonus opportunity.

Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
