Security Officer

Keystone Solutions is recruiting an ICT Security Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client's ICT Security team to safeguard critical systems in both office and industrial environments.

We are looking for an ICT Security Officer who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration. Your mission: help govern and review the information security management system (ISMS) for both office and industrial environments, as a Keystone Solutions consultant working on site with the client.

• →Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with ICT and business stakeholders to anticipate their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• →Create Smart Processes: Develop clear procedures for security governance that improve efficiency and collaboration across our Digital team.
• →Analyze, document, and improve business and security requirements using industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
• →Assess existing infrastructure and business systems and gather insights from application, operations, and business teams.
• →Identify improvement opportunities and present practical, forward-thinking solutions.
• →Help govern and review the information security management system (ISMS) for both office and industrial environments.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in ICT security and functional analysis.
• Expertise: Strong analytical skills to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
• Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443). Experience in an ISO 27001 auditor role is a plus.
• Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to perform bottom-up research for diagnostics and impact analysis.

• Communication: Active listening, sharp questioning, and clear translation of technical concepts into user-friendly language.

• Independent and proactive, yet a strong team player.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a balance between methodology and practical constraints.
• Adaptable to evolving legal and organizational contexts.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written).

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate on site at the client's location, embedded with their ICT and business teams. You will apply Keystone's proven consulting practices to translate needs into secure, pragmatic solutions, while aligning with the client's processes, culture, and priorities.
