Deep Hands-On US Financial Operations: Proven, direct expertise establishing and running US financial operations—specifically corporate banking setup/management, US GAAP accounting, statutory compliance, and day-to-day coordination with external US CPA firms.
Financial Modeling & Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (dynamic financial modeling, driver-based forecasting, complex nested formulas, and data analysis).
External Advisory Management: Demonstrated track record collaborating effectively with external CPA and tax firms.
High-Agency Execution: Proven ability to step into an informal environment, bring structure to ambiguity, and build durable financial workflows independently.
Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the executive presence required to advise the CEO directly.

Industry background in B2B SaaS, cloud software, or subscription-based technology business models.
Professional accounting credential (CPA or equivalent).
