→Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint, operating system and workplace technology issues.
→Act as a senior escalation point for Service Desk teams, owning incidents through to resolution and root cause analysis.
→Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online and related workplace technologies.
→Manage and maintain endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and modern device management tools.
→Oversee application deployment, endpoint configuration, patching and update management across the estate.
→Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, compliance policies and device performance improvements.
→Develop automation and remediation solutions using PowerShell and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
→Contribute to IT projects, documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-user computing environment.

Requirements

Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise end-user computing (EUC) environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
Good understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), identity and access management, conditional access and endpoint security.
Experience managing Windows endpoints, mobile devices, device lifecycle management, patching and update compliance.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills to improve efficiency and standardise endpoint management.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and acting as a senior escalation point.
Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes and enterprise hardware environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other endpoint security tools.
Exposure to Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or similar technologies.
Experience supporting globally distributed organisations.
Relevant Microsoft Modern Workplace or endpoint management certifications.
