QC Analyst - QC Microbiology (CCP)

In this context, we are looking for one Quality Control Microbiology Trainee (Career Conversion Program) to support in routine microbiological testing activities.

The candidate will have a routine operational role consisting of the following:

• →Perform QC microbiological testing (Bioburden, Endotoxin etc) for water, raw materials, and product samples
• →Perform water sampling of clean utilities system and environmental monitoring of clean rooms
• →Perform laboratory equipment maintenance, cleaning, calibration and troubleshooting as and when required
• →Support general laboratory activities, including laboratory housekeeping and staging of chemicals, reagents, and consumables
• →Support method transfer, validation, and verification activities to ensure robust analytical performance
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, safety, compliance, and performance metrics (e.g., deviation/OOS rate, sample turnaround time)
• →Ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards

•  Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Applied Science or related life Sciences disciplines. Candidate with prior internships or industrial attachments in biopharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations would be advantageous. Self-starter and independent worker who can operate and perform in cross functional teams. Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solving and navigate through complexity and ambiguity. Able to work in fast paced and dynamic conditions with tight timelines.
