Clinical Manager, RN

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Tobyhanna, PA pediatric home care office as a Clinical Manager.

  Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional pediatric care.

• →

  Visit pediatric clients throughout Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties to conduct assessments and evaluate care needs.

• →

  Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.

• →

  Supervise and support field nurses to promote high-quality, reliable care.

• →

  Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired nurses.

• →

  Participate in ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• At least two years of nursing experience.

• Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• A passion for pediatric nursing and helping other nurses grow professionally.
