Role Summary Lead a team of Payroll Implementation Consultants while providing project governance, delivery oversight, and functional expertise across the implementation portfolio. Responsible for driving successful project execution, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with ADP standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop 10-15 implementation consultants. Own delivery across assigned implementation portfolios. Govern projects through milestones, risks, and reviews. Monitor project health, capacity, timelines, and dependencies. Partner with stakeholders to achieve delivery commitments. Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues. Provide SME leadership for payroll implementations. Review project plans, risks, actions, and blockers. Optimize resource allocation across delivery portfolios. Drive quality, consistency, and implementation outcomes. Ensure smooth project transitions and go-live readiness. Analyze metrics to drive performance improvements. Lead continuous improvement and governance initiatives. Foster accountability, ownership, and client focus. Champion ADP Core Values across the team.

##LI-DNI8-10 years of experience in Payroll, Implementations, BPO, or ITES environments. Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience. Demonstrated experience managing implementation projects or project portfolios. Experience in project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle and delivery management practices. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Proven project management and delivery governance experience. Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and PMO disciplines. Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Customer-focused with strong consulting and relationship management skills. Experience driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
