MS D365 CE Practice Lead

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Practice Lead to build, manage, and grow a consulting practice. This role combines hands-on D365 CE expertise, strategic leadership, business development, and client delivery management.

The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience leading teams and delivering successful CRM implementations.

• →Lead and grow the Microsoft D365 CE consulting practice, including P&L responsibility.
• →Oversee business development, solution design, and project delivery.
• →Manage D365 CE implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys.
• →Advise clients on CRM strategy, digital transformation, and platform adoption.
• →Build, mentor, and manage a team of consultants and technical specialists.
• →Establish delivery standards and ensure high-quality project execution.

• 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar enterprise CRM solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in D365 CE, particularly Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Experience building, scaling, or leading a CRM/D365 CE consulting practice.
• Hands-on experience with CRM implementations, solution design, and delivery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong consulting, business development, client management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
