We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live - it’s how they live.
Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are hiring a Construction Project Manager who builds with AI. You understand how construction projects run - schedules, budgets, contractors, and site realities - and you use AI and automation tools to run them faster and smarter. Internally, we call this role a "Construction VibeKid": someone who can vibe code the tools a project needs instead of waiting for someone else to build them.
You don't need to be a traditional site engineer, and you don't need to be a software developer. You need to sit in the middle: someone who knows construction project management well enough to spot what's slowing a project down, and is hands-on enough with AI tools to build the fix - a scheduling tracker, an automated report, a contractor dashboard, or a workflow that saves the team hours every week.
This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed toolset. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and quick to experiment - who can take a messy process, figure out what's missing, and ship a working solution.
