Product Acceptance Specialist (Product Acceptance)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join their team in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.

• →Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
• →Provides objective evidence of results.
• →Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
• →Identifies and documents discrepancies.
• →Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• →Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• →Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
• →Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

• 1+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans
• Physical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts
• Willing to work variable shifts; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Associate’s degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience identifying, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment
• 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal team leadership role
