Wilkins RV, New York’s #1 RV dealer and a Top 50 dealership nationwide, is expanding — and we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our winning team in Nichols, NY.

Responsibilities

→Secure financing for customers and present protection products with confidence, clarity, and compliance.
→Drive profitability through effective selling of extended service contracts, GAP, and other high-value products.
→Partner with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver a seamless, 5-star purchase and delivery experience.
→Build rapport and trust with every customer — earning repeat business and referrals.
→Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
→Ensure accurate and timely closings on all deals while keeping CSI sky-high.

A motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
Experience in sales or finance (RV/automotive preferred — but we’ll train the right attitude).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communicator with a professional appearance and strong closing skills.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
