- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week (fixed). All hours fall within UK business hours, roughly 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM Philippine time. The weekly split, such as two longer days or shorter blocks across the week, is agreed with the team.
- Engagement: An initial 3-month trial with clear weekly targets. Strong performance opens the door to more hours and a larger team.
- Reports to: The UK-based talent partnerships team, who take over every conversation once a meeting is booked.
We are a rapidly growing, award-winning UK-based agency specialising in sport social media and content creation. Our in-house team covers social strategy, community management, video production, design and campaign amplification. We work with professional football clubs, cricket franchises, global automotive brands and sports betting and lifestyle brands across Europe, Asia and North America.
The business is now splitting into three dedicated units. One of them is our talent division, which connects brands with creators and influencers who have deeply engaged audiences on TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook. That division handles the work end to end, from concept to activation to reporting. This role sits inside it.
About the Role
~1 min readOur team built an AI tool that matches creators to a brand's industry. It pulls the right creator visuals and identifies the right person to contact at that brand. What's left is manual: getting outreach out the door, consistently and at volume. Right now that work sits with a team whose time is better spent on conversations and closing.
This role takes that manual outreach off their plate. It's pure lead generation. You'll run the tool, send outreach to brand contacts, mostly in the UK, follow up, and book meetings for our talent team to take from there. You won't be pitching or negotiating, and the strategic thinking is built into the tool.
This is a trial engagement with a clear question: does dedicated outbound capacity produce more booked meetings than the team can generate on its own? If the answer is yes, the role expands.
Responsibilities
~1 min readOutreach Execution
- →Use our in-house AI tool to generate creator-matched pitch assets and contact details for target brands.
- →Send outreach emails to brand contacts from team inboxes, using our approved templates, with light personalisation where it helps.
- →Hit daily and weekly outreach targets, with every send landing during UK business hours.
Follow-Up and Booking
- →Run a consistent follow-up sequence on every contact until they reply or the sequence ends.
- →Handle first replies: answer simple questions from the playbook, and route anything commercial to the talent team.
- →Book qualified meetings straight into the team's calendars, with a short handover note on each.
Tracking and Reporting
- →Log every contact, send, reply and booked meeting accurately in our tracker or CRM.
- →Send a short weekly summary to the team covering volume, reply rate, meetings booked, and what is and isn't landing.
- →Flag bad data, bounced emails and tool issues quickly, so the team can fix the source rather than repeat the error.
Process Improvement
- →Suggest subject line and template tests based on what's getting replies.
- →Help document the outreach workflow, so it can be repeated and scaled if the trial succeeds.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 1 year in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or cold email outreach for a business-to-business (B2B) company or agency.
- Strong written English: clear, professional, and free of grammar slips in a client-facing email.
- Hands-on use of ChatGPT or similar AI tools, and comfort learning a new browser-based tool or plug-in quickly.
- Experience logging activity accurately in a CRM, spreadsheet or outreach tracker.
- Reliable availability for 20 hours per week within UK business hours (Philippine evening shift).
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM at 95% accuracy.
- Prior outreach for a UK, European or Australian client, with comfort writing in British English.

- Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly or HubSpot sequences.
- A track record of hitting weekly meeting-booked targets, with numbers to back it up.

You are:
- A grinder. You like a clear daily target and you hit it, including on the days when replies are slow.
- Accurate at volume. Hundreds of sends a week don't make you sloppy. The right name, the right brand and the right asset go out every time.
- Self-directed. You work mostly on your own while the UK team is busy, and you don't need a check-in to stay on pace.
- Comfortable with AI tools. You pick up a new tool quickly and notice when its output looks wrong.
- Coachable and data-minded. You track what's working and adjust fast when the team changes the message.
- Reliable. You show up for every scheduled block, and if something changes you flag it before it costs a day.
