Licensed Veterinary Technician

The Animal Cardiology Center (TACC) is growing on Long Island with a brand-new, purpose-built cardiology clinic in Woodbury. Led by board-certified veterinary cardiologist Dr. Sara Brethel, our team pairs advanced diagnostics and forward-thinking medicine with compassionate, highly personalized care. This is a launch position as we open our 3rd TACC location! You will spend your first weeks training, building rapport, and establishing a team workflow before opening a brand new facility. This is a once-in-a-career chance to be a key part of a founding team and you’ll gain unique experience as we expand our state-of-the-art care in a new state. Our target start date for this position is January 18th, 2026.

• Licensed in NY State
• An affinity for animals
• 2+ years’ experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong people and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited college or university 

Physical requirements of the job: 

• Comfortable working with all types of animals
• Ability to lift 40lbs
• Capable of moving patients from carrier/floor to exam table
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
