The YMCA of Central Texas is currently seeking candidates to join us at our Child Development Center in Round Rock as a Full-Time Teacher’s Aide. You’ll be supporting all of our Teachers as they guide their kids through the daily curriculum.

Our Center works with kids from 8 weeks through 5 years old
You’ll have the opportunity to work with children across all age groups, supporting their daily routines and activities.
Responsibilities include assisting with art projects and mealtimes, diaper changing and toileting, singing songs, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and helping create a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

At least 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Genuinely interested in a career in early childhood education
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
