The Glaucoma Fellowship at VCU Department of Ophthalmology provides advanced training in the full spectrum of glaucoma care, preparing fellows to become leaders in both clinical and surgical glaucoma management. Through a high-volume referral practice, the fellow will gain experience managing routine glaucoma cases as well as complex conditions. The fellow will receive robust surgical exposure and educational opportunities that support scholarly growth, professional development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
