What is Soccer Shots?
Soccer Shots is the nation’s leading intro‑to‑soccer program for children ages 2–5. We focus on creating a fun, positive environment where kids learn soccer skills, build confidence, and develop character. Our coaches bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with toddlers!

Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging, reliable, and playful coach to lead high‑energy soccer sessions. Our coaches lead a group of 4 – 10 toddlers through a 30-minute scripted curriculum. Each session is full of imaginative games designed to keep kids engaged and aid in their childhood development. The best coaches transform into a “Miss Rachel” or “Blippi”–style character, using their personality to bring our curriculum to life.

 Responsibilities
• Lead 30–35 minute sessions filled with fun, learning, and encouragement.
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong imagination to every session.
• Teach basic soccer skills in an age‑appropriate, playful way.
• Communicate professionally and be accountable to parents, schools, and teams.
• Model and teach our core values: teamwork, respect, and confidence

Qualifications
- Must be able to commit to at least one full season, typically lasting 2 and 1/2 months.
- Must be able to work during one of the following blocks of time :
8:30am - 11:00am OR 3pm - 6pm

- Must have your own car and be willing to drive to day care locations up to 30 minutes away.
- Must be punctual and committed to scheduled sessions
- Ability to pass a background and child abuse registry check

- Enjoy working with young children ages 2 -5
- Bring ENERGY and POSITIVITY to every practice session, team meeting, and client interaction.

What we offer
- Paid training at $15 / Hour
- $15 per 30 minute session after training
