The Wire Harness Electrical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, routing, cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards. 

The technician ensures that all wire harness assemblies meet required specifications for quality, safety, functionality, and delivery.

• →Aerospace assembly and testing processes.
• →Proper use of tools, equipment, and inspection methods.
• →CORE problem solving tools, 5S, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical/assembly skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Technical/vocational training.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or inspection.
