Maintenance Supervisor

• →Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and optimization of conventional and automated industrial equipment while complying with occupational health and safety rules and procedures.
• →Diagnose equipment breakdowns in collaboration with the mechanics and technicians in the Maintenance Department.
• →Monitor and follow up on the preventive maintenance program to minimize production downtime.
• →Ensure efficient management of the storeroom by maintaining inventory levels of parts and equipment to support timely and effective repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• →Ensure compliance with HACCP and SQF standards and maintain all required documentation.
• →Maintain effective customer service relationships with other departments.

• College diploma (DEC), vocational diploma (DEP), or other relevant training in an appropriate field such as mechanics, electrical systems, or industrial engineering.
• Three to five years of experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team leader in a manufacturing or food-processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
