As a Security Guard Mall Unarmed Patrol Presence in Nottingham, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. • →Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• →Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail property, including common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor for unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations; document observations, incidents, and actions taken in required reports.
• →Assist with access control, customer directions, and support for retail operations, special events, and/or opening and closing activities as assigned.

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
