Risk Analyst II

Works cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program. Reports and assesses risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management and will develop and analyze reports throughout the organization

• →Designs and manages the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives.
• →Assists in the oversight of the risk management program. Ensures compliance to the risk management policies and facilitates ongoing independent risk assessments as needed.
• →Completes variance trend analysis and provides support and justification.
• →Assists in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required. 
• →Monitors, reviews, and develops risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences.
• →Performs problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
• →Acts as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
• →Other duties as assigned

• →Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• →Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• →Attention to detail
• →The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range:  $60,000 – $100,500
