HR Manager - Iron Mountain Area

We collaborate with manufacturing firms in the Iron Mountain area that seek skilled HR Managers. • →Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.

• Five or more years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and EEOC requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience with union environments and collective bargaining.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Experience building training and apprenticeship programs.
• Familiarity with multi-site HR operations.
