🌎 Location: Latin America | 100% Remote
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
💼 Contract: Full-Time Independent Contractor
💵 Compensation: US$1,750/month
🗣️ Language: Fluent English required; Spanish is also required.

• →Lead IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
• →Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• →Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project changes.
• →Track progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
• →Oversee technology implementations, integrations, migrations, and process improvements.
• →Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• 2+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
• Experience with technology implementations, such as infrastructure, cloud, software, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ required; C1 preferred) and Spanish.
• Willingness to occasionally support after-hours or weekend activities during critical project phases.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations or global teams.
