As a CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering, optimizing, and managing multichannel customer engagement campaigns in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will translate established marketing strategies into effective, personalized campaigns that enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results. Working across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp, you will leverage marketing automation platforms to deliver impactful communications. You will collaborate closely with international clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational excellence. This role combines technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management. Plan, configure, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using Braze and other marketing automation platforms, ensuring alignment with established client strategies and business objectives.

Implement multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and other relevant communication channels.

Configure and customize platform features to support campaign requirements, including audience segmentation, personalization, and automated messaging workflows.

Collaborate with clients, strategy teams, and internal stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into effective, tailored CRM solutions.

Manage and analyze customer datasets to identify behavioral patterns, audience insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on campaigns, integrations, audience targeting, and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze relevant KPIs, and prepare reports that communicate results, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable delivery of high-quality work.

Stay up to date with Braze capabilities, CRM trends, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or a similar marketing technology role, with demonstrated experience delivering campaigns in a client-facing environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable marketing automation platforms; practical proficiency in Braze is particularly valuable.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, multichannel campaign execution, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.

Familiarity with relational databases, data structures, and customer data management, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.

Strong attention to detail and experience performing quality assurance on campaigns, integrations, and technical documentation.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate findings into actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in an agency or similar service-oriented environment.

A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Advanced English proficiency at C1 level, enabling effective communication with international clients and colleagues.

Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently while maintaining high standards of delivery.
