We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our Gisborne Oaks residential aged care home in Gisborne, home to approximately 100 residents.

This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity, offering a consistent fortnightly roster with morning shifts across Monday to Wednesday.

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes. Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.

• Apply clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of the ageing process to residents within the home
• Be responsive to residents' care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needs
• Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all times
• Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentation
• Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA 
• Experience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team members
• Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration 
• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
• Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain

• $43.13-$45.21 per hour + superannuation
