Disability Support Worker – Complex Behaviours & Mental Health Support

ACCORD CARE is seeking experienced and resilient Disability Support Workers to join our team in Redbank Plains, QLD.

This role involves supporting a male participant with complex support needs who presents with high behaviours of concern, including physical aggression and property damage.

We are looking for confident, patient and proactive support workers with experience in mental health support and complex behaviours. The successful candidates will be able to recognise potential triggers, implement appropriate de-escalation strategies and follow established support plans to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
