→Analyze store sales data to identify low performing KPIs (Key Performance Index) of the retailers and participate in the proposal of collaboration to retailers
→ Carry out retail mapping to select the stores with the highest growth potential with retailers to achieve the maximum return on investment
→Analyze to determine the most suitable products to display in stores based on retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in strategy and POS execution, Vendors control, KV development and execution
Budget Management according to target, CP recover based on ROS of activities
Promotors Team training and reduce promotors Turnover, develop channels strategy and execution side by side with PM heads
Experience training sales teams on product strategy, key selling points, and product differentiation, translating technical information into clear, conversational sales messages.
Experience implementing brand strategies at the point of sale to drive sell-out, with a focus on execution, performance tracking, and measurable results
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
