• Coordination for General Business Qualification training programs with respect to planning & execution 
• Handling additional role as Toastmaster 
• Responsible for managing and adherence to Process Audit. 
• Planning, preparation and release of L&D Newsletter 
• Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of Corporate Induction/New member assimilation program
• Key focus on Women Development Program – She Rise
• Responsible for HR Capability Building "

Masters degree in HR/ MSW or related field
