Technical Lead - Java/J2EE, Payments Platform

Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
→8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development, with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.
→Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL.
→Experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
→Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and secure coding practices.
→Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
→Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
→Experience in Digital Payments, Mobile Wallets, FinTech, Banking, or Telecom Financial Services is highly preferred.
→Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
→Ability to lead technical discussions and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
→Preferred Domain Experience: Mobile Wallets, Payments, Remittance, Merchant Payments, QR Payments, Banking Integrations, eKYC, and Digital Financial Services.
