Senior Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in the regional Ninja marketing team, driving the development and execution of marketing commercialization plans across Central European markets that drive profitable and sustainable growth for the business. This role will be a Maternity Cover. 

This role will own the product , marketing plans and assortment execution plans (incl. go-to-market plans), drive marketing plans and work closely with in-country cross functional teams to help ensure excellence of execution. 

You'll help build and execute integrated marketing plans that resonate with Central European consumers, support commercial goals, and strengthen our presence in the region. Working cross-functionally with local sales teams, the social marketing team, trade marketing, PR, and the wider global marketing team, you'll bring insight, creativity, and precision to the day-to-day of driving performance.
