Diligence Coordinator (Contract Position)
Quick Summary
At least six years of experience in real estate, title research, land acquisition, or land-based transaction management.
The Diligence Coordinator will support land and title due diligence for forest conservation projects, helping ensure each transaction is accurately verified, assessed, and ready for contracting. Reporting to the Senior Diligence Coordinator, this role focuses on reviewing property ownership, confirming signatory authority, validating parcel identifiers, and identifying potential legal or structural risks. You will collaborate with sales, legal, forestry, and operations teams to resolve documentation gaps and maintain reliable transaction records. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. By ensuring that property records and diligence materials are complete, accurate, and audit-ready, you will help protect transaction integrity and reduce downstream risks. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of forest carbon conservation projects at the intersection of real estate, climate action, and finance.
