• →Supports employees in all employment-relevant matters, providing an open-door easy-to-contact resource for all employees, applicants, and supervisors. Such matters may include leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
• →Carries out new hire orientation and employee exit procedures.
• →Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• →Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and best practices.
• →Performs other duties as required.

You will need:

• 3-5+ years experience in HR/People roles, ideally gained within the software/technology industry
• To be willing and able to work full-time at our HQ in Milpitas, CA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
