This includes understanding project requirements, facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered effectively. The role demands active participation in discussions, problem-solving, and aligning project goals with client expectations, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet industry standards and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Familiarity with integration points between transportation management and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
