Pay Rate

$17–$25 per hour, based on experience
Shift differential: +$0.50/hr on 2nd shift, +$1.00/hr on 3rd shift

📅 Schedule

Full-time with overtime available
1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
New hires start on day shift and may move to 3rd shift later

📋 Job Responsibilities

Perform welding and metal fabrication work
Work with sheet metal
Follow all safety procedures
Keep the work area clean and organized
