Virtual Universal Banker

Banking has evolved, and so have we. We're looking for tech-savvy, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about building relationships and guiding customers through today's banking solutions through a virtual space. As a Virtual Universal Banker I, you'll combine personalized service with financial expertise to help customers make confident decisions that improve their financial future.

$18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Responsible to build, maintain, and strengthen consumer and business relationships one customer at a time. Expected to provide exceptional customer service and recommend appropriate customer solutions with knowledge of CCB products and services in a virtual space (over phone, instant messaging chat feature, etc.)

Monday - Friday 7:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*

Saturday per rotation**

*Opening (7:45am) and closing (6:00pm) hours on rotation

**Full day off during the week when working Saturday

***Hours may vary depending on workload
