You will set the Google growth strategy, own millions of budgets per month and its ROAS/CPA targets, and build and lead a team of Google Ads specialists. You will also shape how the team uses AI and automation to beat the market.
You will be accountable for the business result, not just the campaigns: growing revenue profitably, improving ROAS and customer lifetime value (LTV), and turning data into decisions the wider business can act on.
