Upholsterer

Pay: $17.00+/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our furniture manufacturing team. This position focuses on upholstering the arms and backs of furniture, including sofas and chairs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fabric, padding, and upholstery tools while maintaining high-quality production standards.

• →Prepare furniture frames for upholstery by securing webbing, supports, and tack strips.
• →Measure, cut, and apply foam, padding, fabric, and leather to furniture arms and backs.
• →Align fabric patterns, stripes, and seams for a professional finish.
• →Use staple guns, tack hammers, and other upholstery tools to secure materials.
• →Apply decorative trim, cording, welting, and buttons as needed.
• →Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Follow production instructions and maintain an organized work area.

• Previous upholstery or furniture manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to measure, cut, and work with fabric and padding materials.
• Experience using hand tools and upholstery equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production expectations.

• Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay based on experience.
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
