HR Manager - East Tawas Area

We collaborate with manufacturing firms in the East Tawas area that seek skilled HR Managers. • →Maintain personnel records and HR information systems.
• →Advise managers on policy and disciplinary matters.
• →Oversee recruiting and hiring for production and office roles.

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Experience building training and apprenticeship programs.
• Familiarity with multi-site HR operations.
• Experience with union environments and collective bargaining.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
