~1 min read
  • →Product direction. Define experience strategy and a prioritized portfolio of customer problems. Translate the four intelligence focus areas into coherent use cases and measurable product outcomes.
  • →Intent and experience. Lead research, journey design, and prototyping. Specify agent behavior, context use, consent, human confirmation, recovery, accessibility, and continuity across devices.
  • →Device requirements. Convert experience goals into acceptance criteria for responsiveness, battery impact, memory use, offline behavior, and privacy. Agree local versus cloud execution trade-offs with engineering.
  • →Backlog ownership. Develop Product Owners who maintain clear priorities, testable requirements, and sprint goals with agile squads. Resolve feature trade-offs using customer evidence and platform readiness.
  • →Experience acceptance. Evaluate working increments on representative PCs and edge devices. Accept the intended experience against agreed criteria and drive changes when task completion, trust, or usability falls short.
  • →Adoption learning. Define activation, sustained usage, task success, and customer satisfaction measures. Partner with Portfolio Operations and Divisions on pilots and adoption feedback that changes priorities.
  • →Organization leadership. Hire and develop product leaders, manage capacity and investment proposals, and build succession plans. Represent product decisions and unresolved trade-offs to senior executives.
