The Opportunity

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager drives the wireless connectivity and observability narrative for the world’s most trusted network performance brands. This role partners with marketing, product, sales, and community leadership to spearhead product messaging for Ekahau, Speedtest Certified, Speedtest Pulse, and Downdetector.

You will serve as the crucial bridge between deep technical engineering and compelling market value. Drawing from network infrastructure and wireless connectivity expertise, you’ll excel at taking complex, and often invisible, networking concepts and translating them into relatable, accessible, high-impact messaging that resonates with both deeply technical IT professionals and high-level business decision makers. You will arm our sales teams with winning collateral, act as a key evangelist for our brands in the field and on social media, and mentor the next generation of product marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Execution: Define and own the overarching messaging, positioning, and Go-To-Market strategy across the enterprise portfolio.

  • Launch Management: Spearhead cross-functional product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.

  • Portfolio Synergy: Identify cross-sell opportunities and build unified messaging strategies that tie our connectivity solutions into a cohesive enterprise narrative.

  • Deep Customer Insights: Define and maintain ideal buyer personas, map the customer journey, and gather on-the-ground feedback to inform product roadmaps.

  • Competitive Positioning: Conduct regular win/loss analyses and monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our messaging maintains a distinct market advantage.

  • Empower the Field: Develop high-impact sales collateral—including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and ROI calculators—that empower global sales teams to sell business outcomes.

  • Technical Translation & Content: Drive a social-first content engine. Produce bite-sized, engaging assets (videos, blogs, whitepapers) that demystify complex networking jargon and balance "why it matters" (business value) with "how it works" (technical application).

  • Brand Evangelism: Represent the company at major industry events, deliver keynote presentations, and host live webinars to educate the market on network performance best practices.

  • Mentorship: Manage and develop a Junior Product Marketer, serving as their technical and strategic mentor in the nuances of enterprise networking and B2B marketing.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for the right person, not the exact list of requirements. If you believe your life experience has prepared you for similar challenges, we’d like to hear from you.

  • Technical Foundation: Deep, hands-on experience in the networking, Wi-Fi, or telecommunications industry (backgrounds as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or technical PMM strongly preferred).

  • PMM Mastery: 8+ years of core product marketing experience with a strong grasp of buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and GTM launch execution.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Highly comfortable speaking on stage, on camera, and presenting to executive-level enterprise customers.

  • Community-Driven: A passion for advocacy, community building, and engaging directly with IT and network professionals.

  • Content Prowess: A proven track record of creating engaging technical content that builds community and simplifies complex topics.

  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to industry events, customer sites, and community meetups as required.

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
