✓Inventory control and management – ordering supplies, maintaining and stocking appropriate quantities in all rooms

✓Reviewing charts day before patient appointments to check for any paperwork which requires updates and review next day’s treatment

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
State Dental Certification Course (preferred but not required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to place dental sealants and to fabricate temporary crowns a plus, not required (willing to train)
Ability to maintain corporate confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
Excellent time management & critical thinking skills
Tact and graciousness in dealing with the public, continuous professionalism with patients and co-workers

This is an entry level position and we are willing to train the right person!
