What We Offer

~2 min read

At My Kids Smile, we're not just a pediatric dental practice—we're a feel-good factory where compassion meets expert care! We've been brightening Reno's tiniest smiles for years, creating a positive, comforting, and educational environment for children and their families.

By joining our clinical team, you will collaborate side-by-side with our compassionate, highly credentialed pediatric providers:

✓Dr. Nicole Bui-Fong ("Dr. Nicole"): Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, Dr. Nicole earned her DDS at UCLA and completed her pediatric dentistry residency at USC and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA). During her CHLA training, she exclusively treated medically and behaviorally complex children, sparking a deep passion for caring for patients with special needs. An Albert Schweitzer Fellow for Life and member of the AAPD currently pursuing board certification, Dr. Nicole takes pride in providing a personalized approach to dental care for every unique family. Outside the office, she and her husband love trying new restaurants, visiting Lake Tahoe, and keeping warm during winter! (Fun fact: Bui is pronounced "Boo-EE"!)
✓Dr. Grace Chen ("Dr. Grace"): Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Grace earned her DDS from the University of Toronto and completed a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center (a Level-1 trauma center in the Bronx). Seeing adult patients with complex dental needs stemming from a lack of early oral health guidance inspired her to specialize in pediatrics at BronxCare Health Systems. A proud member of the AAPD, ADA, and CSPD, Dr. Grace is passionate about teaching children healthy habits early for a lifetime of bright smiles. When she isn't catching sugar bugs, you can find her hiking, surfing, traveling, and spending time near the mountains!
✓Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (DOE).
✓Time Off: Accrual-based Paid Time Off (PTO) + 6 Paid Holidays each year (hello long weekends!).
✓Comprehensive Healthcare: Choose from 5 tailored Medical plans, plus full Dental and Vision coverage.
✓Financial Security: 401(k) plan with Company Match, plus practice-paid Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance.
✓Employee Support: Access to our specialized Team Member Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your household.
✓Perks & Discounts: Structured team recognition programs, team member dental discounts, and corporate cell phone plan savings.
✓Career Growth: Hands-on clinical training and clear internal promotion potential as our practice network grows!
