Requirements

Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state where the community is located
CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification as required
Knowledge of state regulations governing nursing practice in an assisted living environment
Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Nursing leadership experience, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
Strong team building, conflict-resolution, and employee development skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and memory care best practices preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and participate in an on-call rotation
