The Director will provide direct leadership and oversight to EHS team members supporting individual facilities and will partner closely with Operations, Retail, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Security, and other functional leaders to ensure EHS standards are integrated into day-to-day operations and future business growth. This role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader who can build a comprehensive, data-driven EHS program at the enterprise level while simultaneously providing strong operational leadership within Virginia. • Monitor overall facility performance and identify operational issues requiring leadership attention, cross-functional support, or escalation.
  • Drive accountability for identified operational priorities, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, follow-through, and closure.
  • Coordinate with Cultivation, Manufacturing, Processing, Quality, Facilities, Security, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other functional partners to address issues affecting site performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between Virginia site leadership and corporate/shared-service functions.

  • Identify emerging EHS risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate exposure before incidents occur.
