Customer Service Representative - East Tawas Area

• →Send order confirmations and shipping updates to customers.

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.

• Familiarity with inventory and shipping documentation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience handling customer accounts in a B2B setting.
• Associate degree in business or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
