IT Manager - Jackson Area

• →Maintain cybersecurity controls and backup procedures.
• →Support shop floor hardware including barcode scanners and terminals.
• →Plan and manage the IT budget and equipment purchases.
• →Troubleshoot system outages and reduce production downtime.
• →Document procedures and train staff on systems and security.
• →Oversee daily operation of servers, networks, and plant floor systems.
• →Manage ERP and manufacturing execution system support and upgrades.
• →Lead a small IT team and coordinate outside vendors.

• Working knowledge of network administration and Windows server environments.
• Experience supervising staff or leading projects.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and backup and recovery.
• Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Five or more years in IT support or administration, with some in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems used in production environments.

• Experience with manufacturing execution systems or SCADA.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft.
• Experience with industrial networks and plant floor devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.
