Nanny Position (Princeton, NJ)

Compensation: $40–$45/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 51 hours/week

A Princeton, NJ family is looking for a warm, playful, proactive nanny for their two boys, ages 2.5 years and 5 months. Your main focus will be the infant. The toddler goes to nursery school and naps in the early afternoon, then joins you for afternoon play. The family wants someone who confidently runs the children’s day. They prefer live-out, but live-in with a private room is available. This is a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full, hands-on infant care: feeding, diapering, naps, and soothing
• Care for the toddler in the afternoons with play and daily routines
• Keep consistent schedules and plan age-appropriate activities
• Manage a child’s food allergy carefully
• Handle occasional light driving
• Keep the children’s spaces, laundry, and bottles tidy

Requirements:

• Professional nanny experience, with infant care strongly preferred
• Warm, energetic, and proactive
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
