Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of El Paso: Montana, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in El Paso, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist seeking strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and the chance to grow in a supportive practice environment.

An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists so they can focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.

• →Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
• →Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
• →Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• →Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• →Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
• →Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
