Responsibilities

→Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake
→Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements
→Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings
→Document workflow processes and project progress
→Present findings and insights to stakeholders
→Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change
→Lead our Change Advisory Board Meetings weekly (pCAB, dCAB)

Requirements

Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.

Education:

Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
2029 or 2030 graduation year

Experience/skills:

Background in data analytics or a related field
Experience with Snowflake or other SQL databases is highly desirable
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work
Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities
