Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. · Develop CDS view entities, projections, metadata extensions, behavior definitions/implementations, service definitions, and bindings. · Implement managed RAP and contribute to unmanaged scenarios with senior guidance. · Build validations, determinations, actions, side effects, draft, locking, feature controls, and authorization checks. · Use EML for transactional processing and follow RAP lifecycle and save-sequence rules. · Expose OData V4 services and integrate with Fiori Elements. · Use released objects and APIs and follow clean-core, ABAP Cloud, and upgrade-safe standards. · Perform testing, debugging, defect correction, optimization, reviews, ATC remediation, AUnit, and deployment support. · Collaborate with functional, UI, integration, security, and architecture teams. · Create documentation and support production root-cause analysis. · Should be proficient with AI tools like Claude, Github Copilot and Microsoft Copilot. · Expectation is to leverage AI tools for code generation and Unit testing. · Evaluate and guide appropriate adoption of AI and Generative AI capabilities across SAP engineering solutions, including AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting and automation. · Establish responsible usage patterns that consider security, data privacy, human oversight, clean-core principles and applicable AI governance requirements. · 5–10 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience with practical RAP and CDS experience. · Hands-on CDS entities, behaviors, projections, service definitions/bindings, EML, and OData V4 knowledge. · Managed RAP experience and understanding of unmanaged scenarios. · Understanding of draft, locking, authorization, actions, validations, determinations, and Fiori Elements integration. · Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, Generative AI, SAP Business AI, SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad, or equivalent enterprise AI capabilities is preferred. · Knowledge of clean core, ABAP Cloud restrictions, released APIs, and upgrade-safe extensibility. · Proficiency with ADT/Eclipse, debugging, ATC, unit testing, version control, and Agile delivery. · Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. ## Preferred Qualifications · SAP S/4HANA Cloud or BTP ABAP environment experience. · Flexible Workflow, business events, background processing, AJF, CAP, or BTP integration knowledge. · SAPUI5/Fiori Elements exposure and RAP/ABAP Cloud certification. ## Expected Outcomes · Complete and test RAP objects in line with designs and sprint commitments. · Resolve assigned CDS, behavior, OData, authorization, and Fiori integration defects.
