Lead Analyst-FP&A

• →Drive AI automation of financial processes, forecasts, and reporting, leveraging Databricks and Claude to modernize and scale finance workflows.
• →Partner closely with Legal and Operations teams to build financial models that frame ambiguous business questions into structured analysis to support firm initiatives, and present output directly to senior leadership.
• →Develop financial models to support Revenue, SG&A, Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Capital Investments.
• →Lead M&A financial analysis and execution, including financial due diligence, deal modeling, synergy analysis, and integration planning.
• →Own consolidated financial reporting for the Executive Committee and Finance Committee, ensuring accurate, timely, and decision-ready reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
• →Mentor and train Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts, helping build technical modeling skills, business acumen, and best practices across the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial information and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present financial information effectively to executive leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and financial integrity.

• MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced finance-related credential.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Experience with Cube or similar financial reporting and planning platforms.
